All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances.
We understand this may not be what every customer wants to hear, and we genuinely appreciate your trust in choosing to shop with us. This policy exists because of the nature of the products we offer, and we want to be completely upfront about it before you place an order.
Why we have this policy
To maintain product quality, hygiene, and integrity, we are unable to accept returned items once they leave our facility. Every order is carefully verified before dispatch to ensure you receive exactly what you paid for.
No returns
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be returned. We do not accept returns for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preferences. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
No refunds
We do not offer full or partial refunds after a purchase has been made. This applies to all products across our store, regardless of the reason for the request. We strongly encourage you to read the product descriptions, dimensions, and details thoroughly before ordering.
No exchanges
We currently do not facilitate product exchanges. If you would like a different item, you are welcome to place a new order at any time.
Damaged or incorrect items
In the rare event that you receive a product that is physically damaged during shipping, or if an incorrect item was delivered due to an error on our end, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at kashish.store.vk@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review each case individually and do our best to find a fair resolution.
Order cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, email us immediately at kashish.store.vk@gmail.com with your order details. Once an order enters the fulfillment process, it can no longer be cancelled.
Digital & downloadable products
All digital products and downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. Please ensure compatibility and suitability before purchasing.
